Define needs and scope of project

Source supplier

  • Locate suppliers that meet product requirements
  • Acquire samples from suppliers and forward to client for inspection
  • Based on client feedback narrow supplier candidates
  • Perform supplier due diligence
    • Visit supplier
    • Interview management
    • Perform backgrounid check and credit check
  • Provide translation service for documents
  • Facilitate direct communication between client and supplier as needed
  • Facilitate factory visit by client as needed
  • Advise client on most qualified supplier

Negotiations

  • Negotiate price and terms with supplier
  • Help client finalize and sign contract (English and Chinese contracts)

Fulfillment

  • Track supplier manufacturing progress to ensure schedule is met
  • Inspect product before shipment to client to ensure quality standards have been met
  • Prepare all necessary documentation
  • Arrange shipping
  • Ensure hand off between factory and shipping company
  • Track shipping progress
